Great Moments In Film – Bambi (1942)

Back from Vegas with something on the cuter side. This will always remind me of my younger sisters. While learning to talk, whenever they would figure something out, they would repeat it (due to positive reinforcement, of course) over and over again. Here the title character does the same thing. It’s always fun to see a young one explore and learn about the world. There’s an innocence that slowly gets lost with time. Disney captures this period of life very well here.

Just as an aside, am I the only one that thinks that Flower the Skunk is clearly gay? You know, kinda like Duckie in Pretty in Pink? Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Just saying.
